Sequin dresses or suits are in a league of its own. If its elegant silk whispers history, then sequins scream from the rooftops. Styles sequins are fierce and one option usually reserved for special occasions when you want to find - well, better than ever before. Since the dress has its own built hype, choosing the right accessories you can get risky. Should stick with basic, simple to build on that brilliant shine pieces? Maybe you should try to find a middle ground? And if so, how does it work exactly? The last thing you want is to ruin your special look by choosing the wrong shoes.

Shoes are important in today's fashion. (We really should have put "important" in full caps, but it is considered rude.) Have jewelry unseated as the reigning king of stylish accessories. Look in the closet and see the average woman 17 pairs of shoes facing you - and sometimes not much more sweet collection feet under the bed, in the crowded locker room or hidden under piles of blankets to keep them safe from prying eyes - and judgment - eyes.

Shoes are a great thing, and choosing proper shoes can make or break your sequined dress, either a dress shirt or tunic belt. Before stressing, understand that making the right choice is not rocket science. The shoes you wear with sequins are often far enough from the edge of the piece of sequins you will not have to worry much about creating a look matchy - matchy - it can be hard when you're wearing sequins. That leaves plenty of room for creative interpretation.

You probably already know that fashion is a balancing act. Sure, you'll see red carpet outfits that manage to make denim with feathers (or some other crazy option) work, but for most of us, the basic rules still apply. In recent years, the fashion police have relaxed the rules a bit, though. Shoes are a good example: Where neutral colors shoes have always been considered an option of safely and reliably, play too safe today could end branding as a scarecrow fashion. Within limits, a walk on the wild side modernize its look and match perfectly with sequins. Consider the following:

Using two colors shoes - If one of the colors of the dress rehearsal on shoes and I miss the second color (say red, pink, yellow or gold) at its other accessories, you'll end up with a comprehensive look is fresh, yet classic enough that even your mother will love.

Going red - dressed in shiny sequins are by definition, and the reflection of that with an unexpected burst of color on your feet can do wonders, especially if the color is bright red. Red is actually considered a neutral in some circles of fashion and interior design, so that the relationship with a silver sequined number of white, gray, black, blue or light brown uniform, can work much better than expected.

Metal Rocker - metallic shoes in gold, silver, tin, bronze or copper work almost as well as a neutral color when combined with sequins. A metal has the added advantage that it always appears a bit stylish, too.

Adding texture - Sequins are dramatic, so the choice of shoes can dramatically amplify your look and your feet (and what is in them) to the party. Suede, velvet, patent leather, transparent plastic and stamped leather (think tissue or peek-a-boo cutout) all can work very well.

However, we have said the basics still apply, and they do. If you appreciate the subtlety and understatement, it is completely acceptable to match your shoe color with your sequined dress, or go with basic black. A single pump is a good choice when you want style and comfort. If you decide a tan or flesh tone shades will make your legs look longer, choosing a slightly textured shoe is a good way to keep things simple but still elegant.
